WELCOME

Hello! My name is Haley Schock. The 2023-24 school year marks my seventh year at GHEC! I teach 6-8th grade math, math remediation, and an elective course for middle schoolers. I attended college at Minnesota State University, Mankato and graduated in December of 2016 with an elementary education degree and middle school mathematics license. I am originally from rural Truman, MN, and I moved to the Granada area after I married my husband, Garrett. Garrett works with Profinium Inc. of Fairmont as a Ag/Business Loan Officer. We have two kiddos, Hattie (4) and Higgins (2). We have a very playful chocolate lab, Fergie, who enjoys long rides on the side by side. We love to camp, go boating, be with family and just spend time and be silly together!
The goal of each math course that I teach is for all students leave the class with a better understanding, more confidence and a greater love for learning than they had when they entered. I believe students will be successful when they show up ready to learn and are willing to challenge themselves. There are no limits when students have courage and are determined!
